Help for the Snap A Sticker iOS app (version 1.0, build 50), Android beta, and this website.
Write to admin@snapcollectibles.com. Include your iOS version, app version (Settings → About), and what you were doing when the issue happened.
Free includes 25 camera or library identifications, your collection, catalog browse, wishlist, backup, and export. Pro unlocks unlimited Snap, add from catalog, and trading. Price is shown by the App Store at checkout (monthly and yearly).
Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We cannot refund Apple charges; Apple handles billing.
Pick categories first, then camera or library. Use Adjust crop so only the sticker is in frame. After a match, tap Correct or Wrong to edit the name and description. Flat light and a filled frame work best.
Settings → Sync everything to iCloud, or Export full backup (Files / AirDrop). After reinstall, an empty collection restores from iCloud when a backup exists. Sign in with Apple and keep iCloud on for cloud backup.
Trading is Pro. Sign in with Apple and set a trade username. Facebook is optional. Cash and shipping fields are notes only — the app does not process payments. Use Report / Block on a listing or chat.
Settings → Delete Account removes the Sign in with Apple session, local collection, and requests deletion of your public CloudKit posts. This cannot be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.
Free identification stops after 25 camera or library IDs. You can still browse the catalog, keep stickers you already added, wishlist, and back up. Unlock Pro in Settings → Subscription, or restore if you already subscribed on this Apple ID.
Open the sticker and tap Report Incorrect. That sends it to the admin catalog queue. You can also email a photo plus the name, year, and category to admin@snapcollectibles.com.
Optional alerts cover trade interest, friend requests, and event reminders you set. Allow notifications in iOS Settings if you want them. Pull to refresh still updates trades and chat.
On Collection (•••) or Settings → Check My Collection, verify ownership with camera, photo library, or a barcode / QR on packaging. Photo checks use the same identification as Snap and count toward the free 25.
Snap A Sticker is an independent collector tool for physical promotional stickers you already own. It is not affiliated with any café, brand, or trademark owner. We do not sell official stickers or process payments.
